Delete Your Rasai Delivery Account
You have the right to delete your Rasai Delivery account and all personal data associated with it. Follow the steps below to submit your request.
How to Request Account Deletion

Open the Rasai Delivery app
Launch the app on your Android or iOS device.

Go to Profile → Settings
Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar, then open Settings.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account.

Confirm your identity
Enter your password or OTP when prompted to verify it's you.

Confirm the deletion
Read the summary and tap Confirm Delete. Your request is processed immediately.
Can't Access the App? Email Us
If you no longer have access to your account or device, send a deletion request to our support team. Include your registered phone number or email address so we can locate your account.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted you will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, and any active cart items. Make sure you have no pending or active orders before requesting deletion.
What Data Is Deleted & What Is Retained

Order and transaction records that must be kept for legal or financial compliance purposes are anonymised — your personal identifiers are removed — so they can no longer be linked back to you.
